The Conference return policies are as follows:
Bookfair exhibit space (tables or booths) is nonrefundable.
All conference registrations are eligible for a 25% refund if canceled by March 8, 2010 or a 10% refund if canceled by April 6, 2010. No refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to be processed.
